Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 combined
Our ground floor meeting rooms have a completely flexible layout which can be hired for conferences, exhibitions and larger events.
It is air conditioned with a fully integrated PA system, ceiling-mounted data projector and screen. A laptop and flip chart is provided as standard in all our rooms and Meeting Room 1 has the luxury of an additional plasma screen to ensure all delegates have clear sight of presentations. WiFi access and microphones are also available free of charge.

Meeting Room 2
This light and airy room is ideal for exhibitions, networking and catered events. Layout options include theatre, classroom, boardroom, cabaret and open space arrangements, and comes equipped with a lectern and full audio visual wireless facilities.
The room can be partitioned into two areas to create a meeting room and separate servery area. Adjacent to Meeting Room 1, the rooms can be used together for larger events, exhibitions or a perfect space for workshops or refreshment breaks alongside Meeting Room 1.
