Seven individuals and teams shortlisted in the Greater Manchester Clinical Research Awards

We are happy to announce that seven individuals / teams at Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust have been shortlisted in the 2015 Greater Manchester Clinical Research Awards.

The awards are run by the NIHR Clinical Research Network: Greater Manchester and provide an opportunity to recognise the skill and hard work that goes into research in the region, across 11 different categories.

Best Debut

  • Charlotte Bryant – Nephrology Research Co-ordinator, Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital
  • Neonate Intensive Care Unit Research Team

Outstanding contribution

  • Zaria Ali – Clinical Fellow in Ophthalmology, Manchester Royal Eye Hospital

Research Administrator / Co-ordinator of the Year

  • Gemma Donohoe – Research Co-ordinator, Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital
  • Stephanie Yau – Research Co-ordinator, Manchester Centre for Sexual Health / Manchester Diabetes Centre

Research Team of the Year

  • HAPO Follow-up Study Team

Research Nurse of the year

  • Arshyia Pereira – Renal Transplant Research Nurse, Manchester Royal Infirmary
