Innovative Technology Adoption Programme (iTap)
The Innovative Technology Adoption Programme (iTap) is a joint initiative from MFT’s Research and Innovation and Digital Services. The programme is designed to enhance and streamline the process of introducing innovative solutions and technology across our Trust.
It serves as a unified point of access for both MFT staff, small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and industry partners, providing essential support for the triaging, selecting, implementing, and embedding innovations and technology into everyday practice.
iTap aims to simplify this by offering a structured framework that ensures the seamless integration of innovative solution as well as facilitating their adoption across clinical and operational teams. This comprehensive approach ensures that each solution is tested and successfully integrated into the Trust’s care pathways and service delivery models.
The programme also ensures that innovations aligns with the Trust’s strategic priorities, facilitating the effective deployment of solutions that enhance patient outcomes, improve service delivery, and optimise operational efficiency.
