Our Chairman and Chief Executive would like to invite you to our Annual Members’ Meeting on: Tuesday 22nd September 2015, from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm

This free event is open to our members, patients, staff, family, friends and anyone
from the local community.
The theme this year is ‘Proud to Care for You’ and our staff will be showcasing the outstanding services they provide across our eight hospitals and in the community. Come and see how our skilled and dedicated staff deliver high quality, safe and integrated care for you and your family and find out more about looking after your health and wellbeing from our experts.

You will also be able to:

• find out how our Trust is performing
• hear how we’re responding to patient feedback
• share your views and opinions with our Governors
• have your say about hospital services
• learn more about how our partnership working will enhance patient services.
