The Greater Manchester Academic Centre for Acute Care and Trauma (GM-aCAT) meeting will focus on Major Trauma in Paediatrics

GM-aCAT is an alliance, working across the MAHSC partners, formed by clinical academics, healthcare professionals and NHS service providers in Greater Manchester (GM). The alliance aims to ensure the NHS in GM delivers world-class acute care and trauma services underpinned by research, education and training.

GM-aCAT builds on the track record of national research leaders and academic achievements including international leaders in major trauma epidemiology, postgraduate education/training and emergency triage. These focus areas have been identified as key to meeting the vision of Greater Manchester being the UK’s leading academic centre for acute tissue injury and trauma.

This event focusses on major trauma in paediatrics.
