Simon’s video diary: How research changed my life

Simon suffers from juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) and crohn’s disease. Taking part in research has given him a new lease of life and helped him to get on with his education. He is also a consumer representative on a Clinical Studies Group. The group is responsible for addressing research priorities and helping to ensure that studies on medicines for children with rheumatology conditions, e.g. arthritis, Lupus etc. are developed and carried out in the best ways to meet the needs of the children and their families.
