The Research Office is responsible for the operation of systems to ensure that research across our nine hospitals and community services conforms to all necessary legal, regulatory and ethical requirements.

They provide services and systems for research approvals (including contracts negotiation, sponsorship agreements, research passports etc), governance and quality assurance (including research monitoring and audit, project design and facilitation and training).
