Non-malignant haematology

The non-malignant haematology research team is based at Manchester Royal Infirmary and carries out research and trials in order to develop new therapies, to improve patients’ quality of life. Research themes:

  • Epidemiology, natural history and treatment complications of bleeding disorders
  • Von Willebrand’s disease
  • Associated clotting disorders
  • Sickle Cell disease
